Maintenance inspection: AED 200 including VAT. Appointment confirmed with OMEGA; repairs quoted separately.
AMC: Core has a 24-hour response and 4 free emergency call-outs per year; Core Plus has 6 working hours and 6 free emergency call-outs; Perform has 3 working hours and unlimited free emergency call-outs. Free labour for covered work. Property, programme, working hours and response arrangements confirmed before activation; response is not repair completion.
Building AMC: configure building systems, quantities, staffing and reporting at /annual-care/building. Survey required; tailored quotation.
Technical works: inspection and quotation first. Minimum Estimator repair-work order AED 500 including VAT. No standalone deep-cleaning or hourly handyman service.
Summer home watch: from AED 990 per month including VAT; 3 visits per month. Car care and video-recorded visits with activities and recording arrangements agreed first.
