Core responds within 24 hours, Core Plus within 6 working hours and Perform within 3 working hours. Response concerns a covered fault, not repair completion; arrangements and working hours are confirmed before activation.
Terms for your work
Any applicable product warranty, workmanship terms and care arrangements are stated in your quotation or contract. Website guide prices do not confirm a booking or an unconditional repair package.
