An enquiry does not confirm a booking or oblige OMEGA to quote, attend or accept work. Any inspection or visit fee is agreed first.
Indicative prices
AMC prices and maintenance rates provide a starting indication. Final scope, quantities, materials, access, tax and price are confirmed separately. Online payment is not yet available; payment terms are confirmed in your proposal or quotation.
Annual maintenance
Core, Core Plus and Perform are plan names. OMEGA confirms the actual property, equipment, coverage and visit programme in the annual care agreement.
Reports & imagery
Reports document conditions within the agreed inspection scope. Concealed or inaccessible issues may need further investigation. Selected names represent cumulative experience, separately from current AMC coverage.
