Pricing
Priced after a quick inspection, because the work depends on equipment, access and condition. The AED 200 inspection fee is used to assess the work before the quotation is finalised.

Ask OMEGAIs duct cleaning the same as AC servicing?
No. AC servicing concerns the relevant equipment and its condition; duct cleaning addresses the air distribution path. We can review both needs together and define each scope.
Can you quote from the number of bedrooms?
Bedroom count helps us understand the property, but duct layout and accessibility also matter. We may ask for more information before deciding how to proceed.
Can the work be arranged around an occupied space?
Tell us your access and occupancy requirements. Scheduling, protection and any interruptions are considered when the scope is reviewed.
How often should ducts be cleaned in Dubai?
Every 12–24 months for most homes; yearly if you have pets, allergies or after renovation dust or a sandstorm season.
