How it works
A clear scope before the visit or work is agreed.
Visit and report
Review agreed accessible areas for visible leaks, unusual conditions or other concerns. Video-recorded visits are available with recording areas and sharing arrangements agreed beforehand.
Add car care where needed
Tell OMEGA about the vehicle, parking location and requested activities. Car care and any key or vehicle access are expressly agreed; repairs are quoted for approval.
Before you enquire
Share your travel period, property access instructions and a contact who can approve any proposed work. Discuss any vehicle care, recording preferences and sensitive areas before visits start.
From AED 990 per month for three visits. The actual property, visit scope, car-care activities and reporting are confirmed first. Home Watch is not continuous monitoring, security patrol or an automatic authorisation to carry out repairs.

Ask OMEGACan the price change after the property is reviewed?
Yes. Guide prices are based on an ordinary property and the scope shown. OMEGA confirms any differences in layout, equipment, access or associated work and agrees the quotation before proceeding.
What happens when I request confirmation?
You provide your details and review an enquiry draft. You then send it through your chosen WhatsApp or email application. OMEGA confirms the property, availability and scope before a booking is agreed.
