Common questions

Quick answers before you decide. Anything else — ask us directly and a real person replies.

Ask OMEGA
Is this calendar a legal requirement?

Items marked “Rule” come from a Dubai law or authority guideline, with the source linked — for example water-system guidance, Hassantuk for villas and renewal notices. The rest is OMEGA guidance built on Dubai’s climate data.

Does an AMC cover these tasks?

The agreed AMC equipment schedule identifies covered tasks. Water tanks, pest control, pools, gardens and other specialist work are assessed and quoted where required.

When is the best time to service AC in Dubai?

March–April before the heat, and October–November after it. Book early — May to August is the busiest period.

What should I do before travelling in summer?

Ask OMEGA to agree an absence plan for cooling, humidity, water systems and property checks. Settings and any isolation depend on the installed equipment and manufacturer guidance.
