Ducted and split AC units, outdoor condensers, distribution boards, water heaters, pumps and tank controls are listed so every visit covers the same equipment.
Pools, irrigation, gates, water-tank cleaning and other specialist systems are discussed individually and added where agreed.

Planned maintenance of the AC, electrical and plumbing equipment registered in your plan, a response within 24 hours to covered faults, free labour for covered repairs and a written record after every visit. Parts and consumables are quoted separately.
Core includes 2 planned maintenance visits and 4 free emergency call-outs a year. Core Plus includes 3 planned visits and 6 call-outs. Perform includes 4 planned visits and unlimited free emergency call-outs.
Not in the base plan. Pool care, garden and irrigation, water tank cleaning, pest control and AC coil or duct cleaning can be added to the same contract after a survey. Guide prices are shown on this page.
Defects that fall under the developer’s defects liability period should be reported to the developer. OMEGA can record them with a defects-period inspection, and an annual plan can start alongside it for the equipment you maintain.
Guide prices cover 1 to 6 bedrooms. Larger villas, or villas with extensive specialist systems, are priced after OMEGA reviews the property.
