A property report records accessible condition and findings across the agreed property scope. A maintenance inspection assesses specific work before the repair quotation.
What does the inspection fee cover?
The AED 200 inspection includes VAT and assesses the work before the quotation is finalised. Repairs, associated work and required cleaning are assessed and quoted separately.
Are website prices final?
Indicative prices include VAT. OMEGA confirms the actual property, equipment, access and complete scope before accepting the work. Additional work and price variations are agreed before proceeding.
Do you look after buildings and businesses?
Yes. Building and business care requires a site survey and tailored quotation.
