Why is AC sizing higher than online calculators?
This is a broad planning estimate. Final capacity requires a heat-load assessment of the space, glazing, occupancy and installed system.
Is an AMC always cheaper?
Not always — for a small apartment with new AC and few breakdowns, paying per call can cost less. OMEGA can compare the actual requirements with you.
Do renovation budgets include approvals?
No — developer NOCs and authority fees are passed through at cost and shown separately in your quotation.
