Tank care starts with understanding the installation: its type, capacity, location, access and connection to the occupied property. OMEGA reviews cleaning and related maintenance requirements for residential and commercial tanks, with the proposed work and any supply interruption clarified in advance. A separate plumbing concern can be reviewed alongside the cleaning request.

Sediment removed, walls and floor scrubbed, inlet and overflow checked.

Chlorine disinfection at the approved dose, then rinse and refill.

Before/after photos and a cleaning certificate for your records.

Pricing
Priced after a quick inspection, because the work depends on equipment, access and condition. The AED 200 inspection fee is used to assess the work before the quotation is finalised.

You can still enquire. Share the property type and any accessible photographs or available building information. We can establish what further details are needed.
Can tank cleaning be arranged for a building?
Yes. Include the number of tanks if known, access arrangements and a facilities contact. The method and timing are reviewed against the installation.
Does cleaning include replacing tank components?
Replacement components or repairs are separate requirements unless they are included in the agreed scope.
Do you give a certificate?
Yes. You receive a cleaning certificate with photos, useful for your landlord, owners’ association or insurer.
