Pricing
Priced after a quick inspection, because the work depends on equipment, access and condition. The AED 200 inspection fee is used to assess the work before the quotation is finalised.

Our AMC plans schedule preventive visits for AC, electrical and plumbing, with callouts between visits.*

Yes. Tell us which outdoor areas and systems you would like included in the discussion. The final agreement defines what is covered.
Can I enquire about an irrigation problem only?
Yes. Describe the affected area and what you are noticing, such as uneven watering or visible leakage. We will review the next step.
Can you combine paving, garden and pool requirements?
They can be considered within one project enquiry. Each element still needs an appropriate specification and agreed scope.
When should I plant in Dubai?
October to March. Summer is for keeping plants alive — shade and deeper, less frequent watering.
Can you fix my irrigation?
Yes — timers, valves, drippers and leaks.
