How OMEGA can help

We review repair and servicing enquiries for property appliances. Tell us the appliance type, the issue and the model if you have it. That information helps establish whether we can assist and what inspection or parts review may be needed. A repair recommendation depends on the appliance condition, fault and component availability.

  • Household appliance fault enquiries
  • Servicing and repair assessment
  • Installation and connection concerns
  • Replacement or repair scope review
Good to know before we start
  • A model label or error-code photograph can be useful.
  • Built-in appliances may have access or cabinet-removal requirements.
  • Compatibility, parts availability and any existing warranty affect the next step.

How it works

Four clear steps — and nothing chargeable until you approve the price.

  1. 1

    Tell us what’s happening

Photos or a short video help. We confirm access, parking and a time window.

  2. 2

    We inspect and explain

A uniformed technician checks the problem and tells you what it needs, in plain words.

  3. 3

    Written price, your decision

You get a written quotation. Nothing chargeable starts until you approve it.

  4. 4

    Done, tested and tidy

We complete the work, test it with you, clean up and send photos of what was done.

What to prepare

  • Model and serial number (sticker inside the door or back)
  • Photo of any error code
  • Clear access around the appliance

Not included

  • Parts on long lead times (quoted with the delivery time)
  • Units still under manufacturer warranty (use the brand first)
  • Built-in units that need joinery removal (quoted)

Pricing

Priced after a quick inspection, because the work depends on equipment, access and condition. The AED 200 inspection fee is used to assess the work before the quotation is finalised.

Common questions

Quick answers before you decide. Anything else — ask us directly and a real person replies.

Ask OMEGA
Do I need the exact model to enquire?

No. Start with the appliance type and what is happening. A model number or photograph can be added when available.

Can you confirm a repair price immediately?

Not from the symptom alone. We review the details first and explain any proposed inspection fee before you agree to it.

Can a built-in appliance be assessed?

Yes. Tell us how the appliance is installed and share a photograph if possible. Access, surrounding cabinetry and the appliance specification help us review the requirement.

Is it worth repairing or should I replace?

As a rule of thumb, if the repair is more than half the price of a new unit and the appliance is over 7–8 years old, replacing is usually better. We tell you honestly.

Which brands do you repair?

Common washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, fridges, ovens and hobs. Some premium brands require the official service centre.
