We review fit-out and refurbishment requirements for offices, retail premises and other business environments. The enquiry can cover an existing interior, a change of use or a shell-and-core space. Can you review a shell-and-core unit?
Yes. Share the intended use, approximate size and any available drawings or building requirements. We will review whether and how we can assist.
Can maintenance be considered after the fit-out?
Yes. Annual property care can be discussed as a separate agreement based on the finished space and its systems.
Do you handle Civil Defence and authority approvals?
Yes, we prepare and submit drawings to the relevant authorities and coordinate inspections.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes — many malls and towers require night work; we plan for it.
Do you provide design?
Yes, our engineers and designers produce concept, detailed and MEP drawings.
