Ask OMEGACan you repair a ceiling after a leak?
Yes, subject to review. The leak and the condition of the affected area should be addressed before the ceiling finish is reinstated.
Can a partition be added to an occupied office?
We can review the proposal. Layout, access, existing services, property requirements and the effect on occupation all need consideration.
Does the work include repainting?
Painting can be included when specified. The agreed scope identifies the preparation, repaired area and extent of finishing.
There’s a stain on my ceiling — paint over it?
Not yet. Stains usually mean AC condensate or a pipe leak above. We find and fix the source first, then repair and paint.
Can you add a gypsum partition?
Yes; partitions and false ceilings may need building or community approval — we tell you before starting.
Hairline cracks — worry?
Hairline cracks at joints are common in Dubai’s heat. Wider or growing cracks need a closer look.
