Hassantuk fire alarms
Hassantuk connects home fire alarms to Civil Defence. The official service covers new and existing villas. Obtain a property-specific quotation from Hassantuk: sensors, installation, monitoring and maintenance affect the cost. Check the applicable requirements and arrange maintenance through the authorised provider.
Private pools
Arrange the required approvals and have the pool barrier, gate, drainage and equipment checked against the current Dubai Municipality private-pool guidance. Keep barriers secure and supervise children around water.
Water tanks
Arrange tank inspection, cleaning and disinfection through an approved provider under the applicable Dubai Municipality guidance. Ask a qualified technician to check water temperatures and scald protection for the installed system; do not change heater settings solely from a general checklist.
Gas
New or changed gas systems need a Civil Defence-approved contractor. Have the authorised provider inspect hoses, regulators, ventilation and shut-offs, and follow the manufacturer’s replacement intervals.
Keep these systems visible in your maintenance brief
List installed equipment, existing providers, service records and any known concerns. Villa AMC can identify agreed outdoor equipment, pumps and tank controls, but it does not automatically include every specialist system.
